1. GENERAL:

In these terms and conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the expressions have the following meaning:

“Operator” is Ligtip Limited, the Operator incorporated in Malta, registration code C 86844, having its registered office at Valletta Buildings, Second Floor, Suite 7, South Street, Valletta VLT 1103, Malta. Ligtip Limited will be referred to as Tonybet.

“Website” is the website available at the URL www.tonybet.ca and other related URLs and apps.

“Games” are Sportsbook, Live Casino, Live Games, Casino and other games as may from time to time become available on the Website.

“Account” is an account opened by You on the Website after accepting and agreeing to the T&Cs.

“You”, “Your” or “User” “Player” or “Customer” is yourself or any other person who, after reading these T&Cs opens an Account or makes use of the Website in any way.

“T&Cs” are these terms and conditions, the Betting Rules, any rules specific for individual Games and any other terms and conditions provided by the Operator on the Website or otherwise communicated to You in relation to the Games and/or the Website as amended by the Operator when deemed necessary.

“Bonus” refers to an incentive or promotional offer provided by the Operator.

1.1.  The Operator is licensed and regulated in Ontario, Canada by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under the provisions of the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and the regulations thereunder, the standards, and other policies promulgated by the AGCO and is governed by the terms of its agreement with Internet Gaming Ontario (IGO) for the purposed of operating and offering Internet gambling services including, but not limited to, casino, sports betting, to the persons located in Ontario, Canada in accordance with the provision of the Criminal Code and provincial gaming regulations. 1.2. These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement between You and the Operator and come into force as soon as You click on the “Register now” button to register Your Account, by doing so You signify to the Operator that You have read these T&Cs and have accepted them. By accessing any part of the Website, You signify that You agree with these T&Cs.

1.3. Rules and explanations for participating in any of the Operator’s Games, maintaining Your account with the Operator, Privacy Policy, and other important information is provided in separate links on the Website and shall be considered forming an integral part of these T&Cs.

1.4. The Operator reserves the right to modify these T&Cs and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and the Operator at any time with notice, including but not limited to purposes of prevention of fraud, clarification of the T&Cs or making the same compliant with statutory requirements or in regard to changes in Games and bonuses or in the event where the Sportsbook match/event rules have been changed by the organizer. Whenever such amendment shall limit Your current rights or otherwise may be to Your detriment, we will notify You with a pop-up message prior to such changes coming into effect. If You do not agree to the updated T&Cs, You must stop using the Website.


2. YOUR ACCOUNT:

2.1. Requirements for the Customers

2.1.1. An Account may be opened by persons who are over 19 years old. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at the time of registering an account and to request further and additional proof of age at any stage thereafter, to verify that persons not Legally of Age are not using the Services. The Operator may terminate your account and/or exclude you from using the Software or the Services if at any time the requested proof of age is not provided by you or if the Operator suspects that you are not Legally of Age. The Operator reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account until your age is verified. Upon discovery that an Account has been opened by a person underage, any winnings will be confiscated, any stakes remaining, deposit or balance will be refunded, as the case may be, returned unless otherwise impossible due to technical restrictions such as but not limited to card expiration, and the account will be closed. 2.1.2. The customer is allowed to have only one Account. If You register or attempt to register more than one Account, all accounts You try to open may be blocked or closed. If a customer has used more than one account to avoid the T&Cs, to take bonus privilege and/or exceed applicable limits, we reserve the right to cancel all bets or any bets exceeding these limits (keeping the amount of any stakes) and void any applicable winnings, and/or to reduce the customer’s betting limits.

2.1.3. The customer must keep registration and account details up to date, account information must be amended in Personal section of the website.

2.1.4. The customer has the responsibility to ensure that the customer complies with all laws in Ontario, Canada jurisdiction (including age restrictions) that apply to the customer’s use of the Website. If the customer lives in a country or province outside Ontario, Canada the customer must neither register with Tonybet nor attempt to use Tonybet’s Website. The Services are intended only for users in the Province of Ontario, Canada who are not prohibited by any applicable laws from online gambling.

2.1.5. Persons located in or resident outside Ontario, Canada are not permitted to make deposits into their accounts or engage in play. They may cash out their existing account balances. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any persons located in a Jurisdiction other than Ontario, Canada, is a breach of these T&Cs. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by the Operator to identify Your location and providing the Operator with false or misleading information regarding Your location or place of residence.

2.1.6. You are solely responsible for recording, paying and accounting for any relevant governmental taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to you. You agree to compensate us for all expenses or losses that We may incur as a result of any liability or requirement presented to us by a government body due to requirements to hold taxes or similar requirements connected with your requests to withdraw funds.

2.2. Registration of an Account:

2.2.1. You are responsible for providing correct personal and contact information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) and updating the same in case of any changes. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form. Your name, address, and other contact details such as a valid e-mail address, place of residence, relevant payment information, occupation, and government-issued identification. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is complete and correct and You hereby warrant to the Operator that the information provided is complete, up to date, and correct. Any false or misleading information regarding Your personal data is a breach of these T&Cs, and we keep the right to close Your account.

2.2.2. To complete your registration, You may be required to provide the Operator with certain documents to enable the Operator to verify Your identity. You are hereby notified that the Operator carries out verification procedures, whether by itself or through third parties on Customers registering an account.

2.2.3. You will not be able to deposit any funds to Your Account and/or play any of our Games (including on a bonus basis or using any bonus funds) until we have been able to verify that You are over 19 years of age.

2.2.4. You may be requested to provide the Operator with further documents regarding your source of funds, financial standing, occupation, deposit proof and other details deemed necessary at any point where required by the Operator to comply with its legal requirements and regulatory obligations. We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Customer). We reserve the right to restrict your account also by means of limiting your deposit amount based on the information held.

2.2.5. We reserve the right to decline a new customer or close an Account at our sole discretion.

2.2.6. The Operator reserves the right to forbid different account holders from the same household (i.e. same IP address or same residence address) and/or family from betting on the same event/event outcome, including betting on the same event/event outcome in different combination bets, to avoid the Betting Rules and/or exceed applicable limits.

2.2.7. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. You agree that You are responsible for any use of Your Account by a third party where such use is permitted or authorized by You or due to Your fault or negligence. We are entitled to assume that any activity using Your Account has been carried out by You where Your password and login information has been correctly supplied unless You are able to demonstrate to our reasonable satisfaction that uses of Your Account by a third party was neither permitted nor authorized by You nor due to Your fault or negligence. We will not be responsible or liable to You for any loss that You may incur as a result of misuse of Your password, and we accept no responsibility or liability resulting from its use by a third party, where You are unable to demonstrate to our reasonable satisfaction that such use is not: (i) permitted or authorized by you; or (ii) due to Your fault or negligence.

2.2.8. At the Registration stage and any chosen time after registration, You can determine Your deposit limits based on a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit and/or loss limit. A request to relax or eliminate existing limits will only be implemented after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. You can implement any of these limits through Your profile page by clicking on Your username.

2.3. Deposits

2.3.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds in Your Account for such participation. All deposits shall be initiated from Your Account overview on the Website.

2.3.2. All information required to deposit funds into Your Account can be found under Your profile page by clicking on Your username and the “Deposit” sections of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified on these pages. The available payment options are subject to change.

2.3.3. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, (please address your inquiry to a payment provider you choose as your depositing method) refers to the Payment Methods page of the Website. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment, which the Operator cannot affect.

2.3.4. The Customer may only make deposits to their own Account and only with a card issued or from a bank account or e-wallet account held in their own name. It is unlawful to deposit money to Your Account using third-party payment methods or funds obtained through illicit sources. The Operator reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Account. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

2.3.5. Where we have reasonable suspicion that a fraudulent payment is being made or received, including the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment), we reserve the right to block or terminate a user's account, reverse any pay-out made and recover any winnings. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities about fraudulent payments and illegal activities. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether the credit cards were reported stolen.

2.3.6. If the deposit is not made from an account held in Your own name, we will return such deposit to the sender’s account, whereby we reserve the right to apply money transfer fees. We may require You to provide details of any payment method used to verify the account holder.

2.3.7. You agree that the funds deposited in your Account must only be used for playing the Games. The Operator reserves the right to charge a fee of 5 CAD when You request a withdrawal without wagering a minimum of 10 CAD. The wagering requirement is in line with the company’s anti money laundering obligations.

2.3.8. The Operator does not grant any credit for the use of its services and credit balances in Your account will not bear interest and You shall not treat the Operator as a financial institution. The use of credit cards for gambling is prohibited.

2.3.9. Only Available funds can be used in any applicable game or withdrawn.

2.3.10. To activate your payment method, the customer needs to make at least a minimum deposit of 10 CAD.

2.4. Withdrawals/Payouts

2.4.1. Withdrawals may only be made by the holder of the account and may only be transferred to an account of which the player is a legal holder.

2.4.2. All funds available in their Tonybet Account will be credited only to the same method by which the funds were deposited by the customer. In case the customer used more than one deposit method, the withdrawals will need to coincide with the deposited amounts from each of the payment methods used. If for any reason, it is not possible to credit funds to the same method by which the funds were deposited by the customer, the Operator may permit payment to another method, provided that the customer has provided the Operator with such documents as the Operator may require to satisfy its regulatory requirements. Tonybet aims to process withdrawals within 48 hours once the customer’s Tonybet account is fully verified. This term does not include any bank/financial institution transactions terms.

2.4.3. If the Operator mistakenly credits Your Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain the property of the Operator and the amount will be transferred from Your Account. If prior to the Operator becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to the Operator. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify the Operator immediately by email.

2.4.4. All information required to withdraw funds from Your Account can be found under Your profile page by clicking Your username. Withdrawals from Your Account are made using the same payment method as was used for the deposit.

2.4.5 The Operator cannot be responsible for other charges that may be applied by the bank or payment services provider.

2.4.6. Players are permitted to withdraw funds from their player account only after we have undertaken the appropriate verifications and received the appropriate authorizations that the player may withdraw such funds. This verification and authorization process is undertaken in order to prevent criminal activity, fraud and ensure funds are transferred to an account of which the player is a legal holder.

2.4.7. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

2.4.8. Please note that Tonybet has the following withdrawal limits:

2.4.8.1. Minimum withdrawal amount: 10.00 CAD

2.4.8.2. Maximum daily withdrawal amount:  4.000.00CAD

2.4.8.3. Maximum weekly withdrawal amount: 15,000.00 CAD

2.4.8.4. Maximum monthly withdrawal amount: 50,000.00 CAD

2.5. Account Administration Fee for Dormant Accounts

2.5.1. The Operator will apply an Administration Fee to all accounts that have been ‘inactive’ for a consecutive period of at least 24 months in accordance with the following procedure. An account is deemed to be ‘inactive’ during any period in which none of the following actions takes place in relation to it: (a) a successful deposit; (b) a Sports bet is placed, or (c) participation in any Casino, Live Casino, Live Games, or any other Game provided by the Operator.

2.5.1.1. An inactive account state is set automatically by the system due to inactivity.

2.5.1.2. If your account is inactive during the 6-month period or more the account state will be changed to User Disabled (Inactive) automatically by the system.

2.5.1.3. If you try to log in after 6 months of inactivity, you will receive an email with a code to activate the account. ·

2.5.1.4. If your account is inactive during the 18 months, you will receive an email with information that the account will be blocked/deactivated after 6 months.

2.5.2. If Your account remains ‘inactive’ for a continuous period of 24 months then Your account shall be deemed to be ‘dormant’ and, if the balance on Your account is zero, Your account will be closed, and no fee shall apply.

2.5.3. If the Operator is unable to repay the balance, not due to lack of funds, and You have not provided any requested or required details to process this payment, after a minimum period of 30 days following the Operator’s first attempt to notify You that Your account has become dormant, the Operator will deduct a monthly Administration Fee from Your account balance of 5 CAD.  The Operator shall make reasonable efforts to contact you.

2.5.4. The Administration Fee is calculated in accordance with 2.5.3. above shall be deducted from Your account balance on the expiry of the 30-day notification period mentioned above and every 30 days thereafter at the same rate until the earlier of: (a) Your account balance reaching zero when no further Administration Fee shall be deducted, and Your account will be closed; or (b) You ‘reactivating’ Your account when no further Administration Fee shall be deducted.

2.5.5. You can ‘reactivate’ Your account by contacting customer services at [email protected]. However, You may be required to provide documents to enable us to verify Your identity in order to complete the reactivation.

2.6. Closing Your Account:

2.6.1. You may at any time, at Your discretion, choose to close Your Account by contacting Customer Services or you can do it on the customer profile page in the Limits section. We will return to You the remaining, unused funds from Your Account upon request.

2.6.2. Where we have reasonable suspicion that a user has breached any of the points of T&C, we reserve the right to block or terminate a user's account.

2.6.3. The Operator has the right to close your account if, but not limited to:

2.6.3.1. You are not Legally of Age;

2.6.3.2. You have more than one account, you provide incorrect or misleading information at registration;

2.6.3.3. If there is reason to believe that Customer is using the website for fraudulent, illegal and/or unlawful activity;

2.6.3.4. The customer uses the account for the benefit of a third party, the website is used in an unfair manner;

2.6.3.5. If there is no possibility to verify your identity, profession or source of funds, or you refuse to provide such information.

2.6.3.6. Operator might have a concern about your use of our services or have reason to believe you might have compulsive gambling behavior without being self-excluded; or that gambling has had a negative effect on your personal, professional, or financial situation.

2.6.3.7. If there is any breach of clause in T&C’s.

2.7. Handling of Funds in Accounts which are:

2.7.1. Suspended Accounts. A suspended Account is an account the access to which is blocked for the customer. In case Your Account has been suspended and You are found to have breached the Operator’s Rules, the Operator shall return the balance of the Account to you. In case the balance is higher than the deposits made by you, the Operator may only return the deposit amount to You.

2.7.2. Accounts with unfinished Games. In case there is an unfinished game on the suspended Account, You need to contact the Operator and request the payment of the outstanding balance once the game has been settled unless Point 2.7.1 applies.

2.7.3. Accounts of self-excluded persons. An account of a self-excluded person is an account in which the owner has applied self-exclusion in accordance with Section 4. Once a player self-excludes the Operator shall return the balance of the account to the customer


3. BONUSES:

In addition to these T&Cs, our General T&Cs apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these General Bonus Bet T&Cs, and our General T&Cs, these General Bonus Bet T&Cs shall prevail, followed by the General T&Cs, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

3.1. General Terms and Conditions of Bonuses:

3.1.1. Any bonus offer received by the customer from the Operator is personal and valid only for the particular customer unless stated otherwise.

3.1.2. The bonus offer for one customer Account shall be applicable only once, unless specific T&Cs provide otherwise. Any bonus offer from the Operator is valid only one time per Customer account, computer, household, IP address and other places with a shared computer (office, library, university, etc.). This restriction ensures that each unique Player, residing within a single household or utilizing a specific computer and IP address, can redeem the bonus offer only once. This policy is in place to maintain the fairness and integrity of the bonus system, preventing multiple claims from the same individual or shared environments. It is important to note that attempting to redeem the bonus offer multiple times from the same Account or shared locations may result in the forfeiture of bonus privileges and could lead to further account-related actions in accordance with Tonybet's T&Cs.

3.1.2.1 Each player is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Sharing account credentials and devices is strictly prohibited according to the T&Cs. No third party, including friends and relatives, is allowed to utilize Your Account or access the website using Your username. If any player suspects that the security of their account has been compromised, they should promptly notify Tonybet. Tonybet disclaims any responsibility for actions taken by a third party who gains unauthorized access to a player's account. In no event will Tonybet be held liable for losses incurred by a player due to mishandling of their access credentials by any individual. All transactions and gameplay with correctly entered usernames and passwords will be considered valid, whether authorized by the account holder or not. It is important to note that individuals found sharing accounts may face various measures, ranging from a warning to permanent account closure and the forfeiture of the balance.

3.1.2.2 All bonus offers and/or any promotions are limited to one bonus/offer per person. If Tonybet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people, then it may withdraw the availability of any offer, or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or offer and remove any winnings from such bet.

3.1.3. Subject to the T&Cs of a specific promotion or bonus offer, where the Player is offered a bonus by Tonybet and the Player is required to make a deposit to claim the bonus, the Player must wager the value of their qualifying deposit before being entitled to withdraw any winnings related to the bonus. Tonybet has a right to revoke the bonus and refund the remaining balance should the Player be in breach of the T&Cs.

The bonus terms and conditions may be fulfilled in parts and the bonus shall be allowed after fulfilment of the respective part of the bonus terms and conditions if this is envisaged in the bonus offer.

3.1.4. As per the bonus terms, customers can use their deposited funds without following the bonus terms, unless specified otherwise. Winnings from a bonus are considered as such, and payouts will only happen once the bonus terms are satisfied.

3.1.5. The bonus shall become valid only if all bonus terms and conditions are partially, fully and/or otherwise satisfied as published in the bonus offer. If You wish to have removed any bonus credited to you, You need to contact customer services at [email protected] before wagering any such funds including any deposit connected to the bonus.

3.1.6. The Customer who fails to satisfy the bonus terms and conditions shall not acquire the right to the bonus.

3.1.7. The Operator shall reserve the right to remove any bonus and winnings that have been obtained by fraud if it is suspected that the bonus offer has been misused.

3.1.8. The Operator shall reserve the right to amend bonus terms and conditions at its own discretion at any time. Prior notice would be given on the Website.

3.1.9. If these bonus terms are breached or there is evidence that a customer or a group of customers have made a series of bets that, due to a bonus, increased earnings, bets or other offers, guarantees a profit for the customer, whether individually or part of a group, no matter what the results, the Operator reserves the right to withdraw the bonus portion of the bonus offers and to settle the bets at the correct odds, or to cancel the bets and the bets made from deposit bonuses. The Operator also reserves the right to take legal action against the customer or customers involved in any fraudulent behavior.

3.1.10 Tonybet reserves the right to deny a Bonus to any player or modify and revoke the Bonus if there is a suspicion that:

  • The Bonus is being exploited, with abuse defined to encompass activities such as utilizing promotional offers without ever risking the player's own funds.
  • Technical issues have occurred related to the Bonus, a game, or a tournament.
  • The Bonus cannot be conducted as planned for any reason.
  • Unfair advantage is gained on a Bonus through the use of software.

We retain the authority to cancel or restrict a player's access to these games in the event of suspected abuse of the offer. Additionally, if deemed necessary, we may terminate the offender's account with immediate effect. If an offender's account is closed, Tonybet will not be responsible for refunding any losses incurred by the player in any games or reimbursing any balances on the player's account.

The term 'Abuse' encompasses various activities, including but not limited to the use of software and/or the opening of multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus. In all instances of abuse, we reserve the right to withhold all winnings and any remaining balances on the player's account.

Tonybet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus in its entirety, or exclude any individual or individuals from participation, if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the bonus.

3.1.11Upon claiming a Bonus, any resulting winnings will be designated as Bonus funds. These Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn or utilized on other products. Until these wagering requirements are satisfied, the Bonus funds, along with any associated winnings, are restricted from withdrawal or use in other gaming activities. This precaution ensures that Players fulfill the stipulated conditions before gaining unrestricted access to their Bonus-related funds, fostering fairness and adherence to the terms and conditions set forth by the platform. Players are encouraged to review and understand the specific wagering requirements associated with the Bonus to make informed decisions regarding their gaming experience.

3.1.12 The Bonus must be wagered within the specified time frames outlined in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. Failure to meet these predetermined time constraints may result in the forfeiture of the promotion, thus rendering the bonus unavailable for use.

3.2 Casino Bonuses - General Terms

3.2.1 The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from any bonus or bonus spins without a deposit prior to the win is up to CAD80. To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified, and a minimum deposit must be made.

3.2.2 The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus (except the welcome bonus), personal VIP bonus, or the weekly bonus is CAD 10,000. Please note that any amount in excess of this amount will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal. The timeframe set for the examination of each specific withdrawal case is up to 14 working days.

3.2.3 Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail/browser/device/IP address), unless stated otherwise.

3.2.4 The maximum bet allowable with an active bonus is CAD10 unless stated otherwise in the bonus special terms. Purchasing any game features, including but not limited to re-spins, will add to Your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Tonybet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and the associated winnings.

3.2.5 For the player to receive any deposit bonus, a deposit of at least CAD 20 must first be made.

3.2.6 To activate the first deposit bonus, the player must select the bonus at the time of registration or at the time of making their first deposit. The bonus will be credited to the player’s account automatically after the deposit is made. Unless stated otherwise in the bonus description, the player must use the bonus code provided in the bonus description to activate any other deposit bonuses.

3.2.7 To use the bonus spins, the player must visit the client area, open the "Active Promotions" tab, and activate the bonus spins. The bonus spins will then become available for the corresponding slot.

3.2.8 When using an activated bonus, real money from the player's account is wagered first before any bonus money.

3.2.9 You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be stacked/combined.

3.2.10 All deposit bonuses must be wagered at least 50 times before the player can withdraw the winnings received through them unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

3.2.11. If a player is suspected of abusing a bonus spin promotion or has not wagered the amount of the deposit made to receive the bonus spins at least 3 (three) times (excluding bets made on table games), Tonybet, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel all spin bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.

3.2.12 If, for any reason, the selected deposit bonus is not activated, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus is not activated and the player spends some or all of their funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

3.2.13 Comp points may be exchanged for bonuses. General bonus terms are applied to these bonuses unless stated otherwise special terms.

3.2.14 The expiration period of all deposit bonuses is 14 days, unless stated otherwise in the bonus special terms.

3.3. Bonus wagering terms

10. COMPLAINTS:

10.2. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the Customers' identity. In order to sufficiently identify the Customer submitting the complaint as the legitimate account holder, You shall include:

10.4. We do not accept complaints to be raised on social media. Customers raising complaints via social media are referred to our formal complaint procedure.

10.5. Complaints will be handled in the English language.

10.6. The Company will only accept a complaint if received within 3 months from the date of the incident. We encourage our customers to raise any complaints as soon as possible to facilitate complaints handling.

10.7. The Operator will use their best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly. The Company endeavors to handle complaints within 10 days from when they are received. However, for cases with game rounds or payment transactions involved, it may take a few more days to carry out the investigation. For more complicated cases in which we need to consult different departments, the reply may take a few weeks. In any case, it will not take more than 90 days.

10.8. We have two internal stages of complaints handling. If You are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint at the first stage in the complaint process You may dispute it. The dispute should be escalated to the Head of Customer Service. The Head of Customer Service may change the suggested solution or maintain the solution already given. If the Head of Customer Service maintains the solution already given, they should issue a deadlock letter to the player.

10.9. If the Player does not agree with the response received in the deadlock letter, they may lodge a complaint against the Operator with iGO. 

10.10. Subject to the Customer Care and Dispute Resolution (“CCDR”) Program of iGaming Ontario, the Operator irrevocably attorns to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. The CCDR Program will not apply to complaints that relate to the interpretation or application of applicable law or the actions or inactions of any governmental authority.

10.11. All Player Disputes shall be adjudicated in accordance with Ontario law.

10.12. The Operator strives to ensure the full protection of all its clients and their bets; however, there are certain events that are beyond our control. If for any reason, the customer is disconnected from the game server, the Operator cannot be held liable for any losses that may result from this disconnection. The Operator will undertake the best endeavors in ensuring that the balance of the customer’s account is recorded on the server and is not affected by the disconnection in any way. If a line has been disconnected or become unresponsive, when the customer logs on the balance of credits recorded on the server after the last bet was completed, is displayed. By placing any further wagers, the customer accepts the results of any previous wager. As such, at the Operator’s discretion, the results of the previous wager are no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted.
